We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible! Below are details on our shipping timelines, carriers, and fulfillment methods.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

We fulfill orders from multiple locations using different fulfillment partners:

  • Amazon Fulfillment (FBA): If your order is shipped from Amazon, it will follow Amazon's shipping speeds and policies.
  • Printify (Print-on-Demand Items): Printify-fulfilled products are made to order and may take longer to process.
  • Standard Fulfillment (Non-Amazon, Non-Printify): Other orders are shipped from our warehouse or distribution center.

Orders typically process within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, contact us at contact@pencilbuddies.com.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. However:

  • Customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Some products may not be available for international shipping due to fulfillment restrictions.

Split Shipments

If your order includes items fulfilled by different partners (Amazon, Printify, or our warehouse), you may receive multiple shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to contact@pencilbuddies.com for assistance. For Amazon-fulfilled orders, please check with Amazon support for the fastest resolution.
